Juice Served Here to serve food from The Springs

 

2016-06-19-11-30-53Juice springs eternal at Juice Served Here, and now it can come with food from The Springs.  The hidden jewel of a downtown eatery and health and wellness center has just partnered with cold pressed juice company Juice Served Here which will serve its food at the juicer’s 12 locations starting September 21.

It will be a boon to get their food at other locations, but if you have not been to The Springs yet, get there. This unique multi-faced venue, which opened in summer of 2014, boasts the best of downtown LA healthy dining and is one of the city’s best-kept secrets, shared among the hippest of the healthiest.  This naturally sunlit, expansive 13,800 square foot venue is an urban oasis that offers a world-class organic juice bar and an extraordinary eatery of fresh vegan food along with a yoga studio and wellness center.

The Springs touts itself – rightfully so – as a mecca for conscious consumers seeking to nourish both mind and body. In addition to their awesome brunch, they have lunch menu offerings worth the trip downtown from wherever you are, and they have an inventive seasonal celebrations of food such as a Golden Hour during summer months, where every weekday afternoon they offer light with tapas style snacks curated by Executive Chef Jasmine Shimoda along with a refreshing afterwork draft beer or glass of wine from their unique list of organic and biodynamic wines.

If you have not found it yet, The Springs is located at 608 Mateo Street, Los Angeles, CA 90021. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch from 9am – 4pm and golden hour shared plates menu from 4pm – 8pm with extended juice bar hours from 7am – 8pm. Catering for both in-house and off-premise events are available.

As if it couldn’t get any better for those who love fresh nutritious plant-based food and drink, The Springs preparations will now be available at Juice Served Here, the award-winning, design-focused cold pressed juice company that specializes in nourishing non-gmo bottled juice. The food offerings follow The Springs newly re-launched menu’s thoughtful approach to plant-based cuisine with a reverence for seasonal, organic ingredients co-designed by The Springs’ Executive Chef Jasmine Shimoda and JSH Culinary Director Gregg Drusinsky.

Full rollout of the new food line will soon mean all twelve of JSH Brick & Mortar locations will offer a variety of the vibrant, ingredient driven breakfast and lunch items such as Overnight Oats, Marble Chia Pudding, Coconut Yogurt Crunch, Seasonal Salads, Sandwiches, and a Signature Bowl. The prepared foods menu is entirely vegan with the exception of the inclusion of eggs that have been sustainably and responsibly sourced. Several gluten free options are offered as well.
