Juice Served Here, soon served at The Springs

Juice springs eternal at The Springs, as Juice Served Here partners with the downtown eatery and health and wellness center, starting September 21.

The Springs, a multi-faceted health and wellness center in Downtown L.A., is pleased to announce a partnership with Juice Served Here, in Los Angeles. The award-winning, design-focused cold pressed juice company will complement its nourishing non-gmo bottled juice with prepared food options by The Springs.

The offerings follow their newly re-launched menu’s thoughtful approach to plant-based cuisine with a reverence for seasonal, organic ingredients co-designed by The Springs’ Executive Chef Jasmine Shimoda and JSH Culinary Director Gregg Drusinsky.

Full rollout of the new food line begins on September 21st. All twelve of JSH Brick & Mortar locations will offer a variety of the vibrant, ingredient driven breakfast and lunch items such as Overnight Oats, Marble Chia Pudding, Coconut Yogurt Crunch, Seasonal Salads, Sandwiches, and a Signature Bowl. The prepared foods menu is entirely vegan with the exception of the inclusion of eggs that have been sustainably and responsibly sourced. Several gluten free options are offered as well.

“We are excited to offer our nourishing, chef-driven food options from the newly relaunched menu at The Springs to the Never Conventional, health conscious community of Juice Served Here in Los Angeles,” says The Springs owner Jared Stein, “Juice Served Here’s commitment to non-gmo ingredients from biodynamic farms and zero-waste facility fit perfectly with our sourcing philosophy and approach to food at The Springs.”

“We love to collaborate with people who are in line with our vision,” says Danielle Calabrese, JSH VP of Business Development. “The Springs just gets it. Offering their deliciously creative dishes to our customers in a Grab & Go style is something we are really excited about. We believe that this fresh, fun, healthy program will give our clientele yet another reason to make Juice Served Here part of their daily ritual. “
